How To Custom The Metal Products?

1. Drawing design.

Send your logo design or product design to us in Cdr, Ai, Pdf, Psd, or Jpg format. If do not have them yet, at least let us know your idea then we move forward together.

2. Communication and quote.

After we fully understand your requirements, we will recommend suitable custom crafts and quote to you. After you confirm everything we start the order.

3. Open the mold.

According to the material customer chose to make the mold. Usually, metal crafts are made of Iron, Zinc alloy, Brass, Aluminum, etc.

4. Metal processing.

Usually, there is die-casting, stamping, polishing, sandblasting, plating, etc processing way.

5. Filling the color(If your design has colors).

Baking varnish, Soft enamel, Hard enamel, Plating, 2D/3D printing, Epoxy, etc.

6. Packing and shipping.
