Printed epoxy dome keychains are the most common metal keychain. Usually printed your design on a small sticker then use an epoxy dome cover and fix the sticker. The epoxy dome can protect the sticker and it feels smooth. When your logo is very complicated or with gradient color we can use this way to process the metal keychains. Epoxy dome is usually combined with soft enamel or baking varnish color too.

Soft enamel keychains

Compared with printed keychains, soft enamel keychains’ color is more dimensional. Recessed areas will be filled with liquid colors and surrounded by raised metal. The color areas are lower than the metal parts. So its surface is not flat, you can clearly see and feel recesses and raise. If you want the keychain more special you can combine it with an epoxy dome or glitter, or rhinestone. This color-processing craft can not handle very fine colors and gradient colors.

Imitation hard enamel keychains

Imitation hard enamel takes a few extra steps based on soft enamel. After the color is filled then polish the raised metal line to make it almost the same level as the color area.
